SPIRITUAL CARE FOR THE UNHOUSED
TRAINING PROGRAM
Beyond Practical Care:
Meet the Soul
Too often, our systems treat unhoused people only by their visible needs: shelter, food, medical attention.
But every human carries a spiritual life that deserves recognition.
Without addressing this, we not only risk their healing, but our own burnout.
Join a movement that places spiritual connection at the center of human care.
What You’ll Walk Away With

Is This For You?
Probably.
If you serve, care for, or walk beside unhoused individuals in any capacity, this is for you.
Whether you’re faith-based, medical, grassroots, or nonprofit-affiliated,
you’ll find tools that honor the full humanity of those you care for.

I am SO grateful to Temple of the Forgotten for their exceptional training on Spiritual Care for the Unhoused.
The content was wise, insightful, and extremely practical. And Rev. Charlotte held the space beautifully, modeling the kind of spiritual care she was teaching.
Whether you are new to this work or looking to go deeper with fellow practitioners, I highly recommend signing up!

Interfaith Prayer Probationer
I serve on the board of the Center for Spiritual Living Vallejo, and also on the board of Vallejo Together.
The parts of this training that I found most beneficial was Rev. Charlotte's perspectives, kindness, and ability to gently redirect.
I had already been exposed to, and assimilated a great majority of the information presented. What was the most beneficial was to see how skilled - blessed - gifted Rev Charlotte was in communicating.
She gave the kind of modeling that we all need when learning a new skill. Her focused expertise in COMMUNICATING about and with our friends without shelter was nothing less than inspiring.
